    Since its founding in 2000, Intility has provided companies with the opportunity to get a complete managed cloud service at a fixed price.

    User Satisfaction

    The number of Intility users has grown by about 20 % p.a. in recent years. New customers keep coming, while existing customers keep expanding. User satisfaction is increasing along those same lines.

    Intility carries out an extensive user satisfaction survey every year among its 15 000 users. All answers are given on a scale from 1 to 5, where 5 indicates "very satisfied". Overall user satisfaction is the result of the users' experience associated with these key areas:
